1 roll of pizza dough
6 tbsp ricotta
4 large tomatoes
150 gr cherry tomatoes
2 shallots
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 tbsp Italian herbs
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 egg
4 tbsp green pesto
fresh basil

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet and cut a rectangle in the dough 2 cm from the edge, creating a border. Prick holes in the center with a fork and spread half of the ricotta on the bottom.

Slice the tomatoes and halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the shallot into thin rings. Top the bottom with the tomatoes and shallot. Drizzle with some olive oil, pepper and salt.
