Combination burrata and serrano ham

There is a special flavor combination in this flatbread with burrata and serrano ham, as burrata and serrano ham are a perfect combination together. The creamy, soft texture of burrata contrasts beautifully with the salty and slightly firm serrano ham. Each bite is full of flavor, yet balanced. The greasiness of the burrata softens the saltiness of the ham, while the ham adds depth to it. This makes it an ideal topping for flatbread, pizza or even a simple salad. If you are looking for recipes with burrata and serrano ham or an upscale but easy dish, this really is a golden combination. Add some honey, arugula or roasted tomato for additional layers of flavor, if desired.
