What you need:

4 small pears
ripe and soft
1 lime
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp grated ginger
olive oil
salt and pepper
1 bulb of burrata
2 slices of parma ham
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Thai basil

What to do:

Put the juice of the lime along with the honey, grated ginger and olive oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix together.

Cut the pears into thin slices and add to the bowl. Let marinate for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the Thai basil into thin strips.
