What you need:

1
50 gr oatmeal
1 tbsp chia seeds
120 ml almond milk
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 block of dark chocolate

1

Mix the oatmeal together with the chia seeds, yogurt, almond milk and vanilla essence. Place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the "caramel" by mixing the peanut butter with the agave syrup. Set aside. Also melt the chocolate in the microwave or au bain marie.

3

Put the oatmeal mixture in a sealable jar. Crumble the Maria cookie over the oatmeal. Spoon the caramel on top and spread evenly. Next, spoon the melted chocolate on top of the caramel. Again, divide evenly. Top with some cookie crumbs and sea salt.
