Baked oats, or baked oatmeal, is the trend for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Instead of traditional oatmeal, the ingredients are blended and baked in the oven to a creamy, cake-like texture. The result is a deliciously soft and fluffy breakfast that is filling and energizing for the entire morning. Baked oats are enormously versatile: you can make them sweet with fruits, nuts and spices, or savory with vegetables and cheese. Thanks to the oven, the dish gets a slightly crispy top and a soft, creamy inside. Plus, baked oats are ideal for making in advance and taking with you, making them perfect for busy mornings or as a healthy snack on the go. Discover how easy it is to turn oatmeal into an irresistible breakfast treat!
Brownie baked oats is the ultimate chocolate discovery for a healthy breakfast or indulgent moment. With pure cocoa and melting chocolate chips, these baked oats have a rich, intense chocolate flavor reminiscent of a classic brownie. The texture is soft and creamy inside, with a slightly crunchy top, giving each bite the perfect balance of comfort and nutritional value. Brownie baked oats are ideal for a nutritious breakfast, a high-energy snack or a guilt-free dessert. The beauty of this recipe is that you can enjoy chocolate without baking an entire brownie, while the oatmeal provides a satiating and healthy result. Perfect for chocolate fans who want to enjoy consciously!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking dish.
Mix the oatmeal with the almond flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the egg, banana, milk and vanilla extract. Also add the cocoa powder and mix everything well.
Stir half of the chocolate chips into the batter. Pour the batter into the baking dish, smooth and top with the remaining chocolate chips. Slide into the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve your brownie baked oats warm!
