What you need:

For the salmon
250 gr salmon fillet
1 piece or 2 slices
1 tbsp coarse mustard
1 tsp honey
1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
For the remaining traybake
400 gr baby potatoes with skin
500 gr sprouts
cleaned
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
olive oil
fresh dill
to garnish

What to do:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Mix the mustard with the lemon juice, honey, olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and pat dry with a piece of kitchen paper. Then spread the salmon with the dressing. This may be done generously.

Halve the potatoes and place on the baking sheet along with the sprouts. Drizzle some olive oil over this and sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder and some salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and slide the traybake into the oven for 30-40 minutes.
