Vegetarian traybake

A veggie traybake with gnocchi is the perfect meal for those who want to eat healthy and easy without compromising on taste. Everything goes into the oven on one tray, so you hardly have to wash up and put a nutritious dish on the table in no time.

Gnocchi, which is normally cooked, takes on a deliciously crispy exterior in the oven and remains deliciously soft inside. This creates a surprisingly delicious texture that goes perfectly with roasted vegetables. Think bell bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes or squash, which get their natural sweetness and full flavor from roasting.

By adding herbs, olive oil and, for example, feta or nuts, you give the traybake even more flavor and nutritional value. It's a delicious, nutritious meal full of fiber and vitamins, with no hassle in the kitchen. Ideal for busy days, but also perfect for enjoying! So this gnocchi traybake with veggie balls, zucchini and burrata may be on the shopping list.
