Salmon at Easter brunch

Salmon is a delicious addition to Easter brunch because of its smooth, creamy flavor that pairs well with a variety of dishes such as eggs, breads and salads. Its delicate texture and slightly smoky or fresh taste, depending on whether you choose smoked or fresh salmon, add a sophisticated touch. Traditionally, salmon is often served during festive occasions such as Easter because it symbolizes luxury and sophistication. In addition, fish is eaten during Easter in many religious traditions because it is a lighter alternative to meat. Salmon thus brings a festive and healthy balance to the meal.
