What you need:

80 gr oatmeal
250 ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp. hemp seeds
100 gr Greek yogurt 0% fat
75 gr frozen blueberries
handful of fresh blueberries
handful of blackberries
fresh mint

What to do:

Mix the oatmeal with the milk, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Mash half of the blackberries and mix into the oatmeal. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Thaw the frozen blueberries in the microwave until they are slightly warm and soft, then mash them with a fork. Mix with the Greek yogurt.
