What you need:

200 gr orzo
1 bulb of burrata
2 yellow beets
2 chioggia beets
150 gr colored cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp green pesto
edible flowers
2 tbsp pine nuts
fresh basil
salt and pepper
olive oil

What to do:

Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the orzo in it according to the package directions.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, peel the beets and cut into pieces.

Drain the orzo and rinse with cold water. Let air dry for a moment, then place in a bowl along with the pesto and a pinch of pepper. Also add the tomatoes and beets. Mix everything together well and divide between a bowl or scoop onto plates.

Garnish with the burrata, basil, flowers, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
