Oatmeal crumble with strawberries

I am always up for a healthy snack, so today we are making this delicious oatmeal crumble with strawberries. Super nutritious, pleasing to the eye and hearty delicious too. With spring in full swing and summer just around the corner, there's nothing more refreshing than eating sweet and juicy fruit. And what goes better with that than strawberries? Strawberries are one of the most popular fruits in the world and are often considered a symbol of spring.

Strawberries are healthy

Strawberries are not only delicious but also very healthy. They are a good source of vitamin C and are low in calories and sugar. They are also rich in antioxidants that protect our bodies from free radical damage.

Strawberries can be enjoyed in many ways, such as fresh off the bush, in a fruit salad, on a dessert or even in a smoothie. Oatmeal crumble with strawberries

This oatmeal crumble with strawberries is perfect as a treat, but also as a snack or even for breakfast. You make it with oatmeal. What you need:

For the soil
75 gr almond flour
150 gr oatmeal
1 egg yolk
30 gr honey
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of sea salt
For the filling
200 gr strawberries in pieces
+ extra for garnish
2 tbsp strawberry curd
+ extra for garnish
For the crumble
30 gr almond flour
100 gr oatmeal
3 tbsp. honey
pinch of sea salt
6 servings

What to do:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a baking dish or baking pan.

Mix the ingredients for the bottom and press flat over the bottom of the baking dish.

Mix the strawberries with the cottage cheese and spread over the bottom.

Mix all the ingredients for the crumble and crumble with your hands. If it remains too dry, add more honey until it is sticky enough. Then spread over the strawberries.

Slide the crumble into the oven for 30 minutes. If it gets too brown, cover with aluminum foil halfway through.

Let the crumble cool mostly in the mold before cutting. Garnish with extra cottage cheese and strawberries.
