Banana oatmeal cookies

30 minutes

Today we are making banana oatmeal cookies. You know that feeling when you've been eating super healthy all day, but in the evening you really start snacking a lot? Exactly, well I have that feeling quite often. My guilty pleasure is really cookies, especially oreos or Zaanse houses are my favorites. Unfortunately of course they are not very healthy, so that's why I decided to make some healthy cookies. I made them out of banana with oatmeal and I must say I find them particularly delicious! They are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside and definitely a good substitute for the unhealthy cookies. Curious about the recipe? Then read on quickly!

What you need:

2 bananas
100 gr oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
These supplies are for +/- 10 cookies

What to do:

1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

2

Mash the bananas with a fork.

3

Then add the oatmeal, cinnamon and salt and mix and knead with your hands into a large ball.

4

Now make 10-15 small balls from the large ball.

5

Now you are going to make the cookies. Place a ball in your palm and press it firmly with the other hand so that you get a round cookie. Perfect the edges so they are nice and round and then place the on the baking sheet. Repeat with all the balls until you have made all the cookies.

6

Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-20 minutes (each oven is different) until nicely browned.
