What you need:

160 gr veggie steak tips
4 corn tortillas
1/2 cucumber
125 gr mango
1/2 red pepper
1 lime
2 tbsp crème fraîche
fresh coriander
salt and pepper
olive oil

What to do:

Dice the cucumber and mango and finely chop the red pepper and cilantro. Mix the cucumber, mango, red pepper and half of the cilantro with the juice of the lime and a generous pinch of salt and pepper to make a salsa. Set aside.

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetarian steak tips in it with some salt and pepper.

Heat the tortillas according to the package directions, then spread with the crème fraîche. Top with the salsa and veggie steak tips and top with the remaining cilantro.
