Traybake with salmon, potatoes and green asparagus

Today we are making a traybake with salmon, potatoes and green asparagus. An easy and quick dinner, who says no to that? What you need:

2 salmon fillets à 125 gr
500 gr small mini potatoes
(with peel, so not from refrigeration)
300 gr green asparagus(tips)
few stalks of spring onion
sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
50 ml soy sauce
50 ml of soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin
olive oil
salt and pepper

What to do:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Mix the garlic powder with the soy sauce, soy sauce and hoisin.

Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil and massage well. Brush both fillets with the soy dressing.

Halve the potatoes (do not peel) and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the onion powder and some salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.

Place the asparagus on the other side on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Mix again.

Slide the baking sheet into the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and the potatoes are nice and crispy.

Finely chop the spring onion and sprinkle over the salmon along with the sesame seeds.
