Cook pasta according to package directions. Catch half a cup of cooking liquid when draining.
Remove the ends of the asparagus and cut into coarse, bite-sized pieces. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the asparagus in it with some salt and pepper all around for 5 minutes until tender. Return the sauce to the pan and add the pasta, cooking liquid, garden peas and remaining asparagus (if you had removed them from the pan) and season with salt and pepper. Continue mixing and simmer for another 1 minute until everything is well heated.
Finely chop the chives and dill. Divide the pasta among the bases and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese, dill, chives and pepper.
