Curry soup with dumplings

Curry soup with dumplings is a warming dish that brings comfort and flavor together. The creamy base of coconut milk and chicken broth gives this soup a full, rich texture. The coconut milk adds a subtle sweetness, while the chicken broth offers depth and heartiness. The fragrant curry paste provides a spicy and aromatic boost. I have this got curry paste at the toko and I think they also have it at Albert Heijn. This one is so incredibly delicious!

What makes this gyoza recipe special are the soft dumplings (so you call them gyoza too haha). They add a satisfying bite, perfect for soaking up the spicy broth. The dumplings, filled with chicken, shrimp or vegetables, for example, are light and fluffy, but still bring a firm texture to the soup. Choose the dumplings you like. I went for chicken dumplings from the toko, but at the supermarket they also have many different ones.

This soup offers a balance between spicy and creamy, with a perfect alternation of flavors. It is a heartwarming meal that is filling, ideal for cold days or when you just feel like something flavorful and special.
