What you need:

2
250 gr tagliatelle
2 salmon fillets of 125 g each
1 white onion
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon
400 gr spinach
150 gr peas
freezer
150 ml dry white wine
100 gr dairy spread
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
fresh basil
salt and pepper
olive oil

What to do:

1

Bring a pan of salted water to a boil and in it cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the package directions. Catch a cup of the cooking liquid when draining.

2

Chop the onion and squeeze the clove of garlic. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle both sides with olive oil, salt and pepper. Massage well.

3

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and wait until the oil is well hot. Place the salmon on the skin in the pan and fry the fillets for about 3 minutes on each side until they are (almost) cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside (and keep warm).

4

Heat olive oil again in the pan and sauté the onion in it. Add the spinach and season with salt and pepper.

5

Then add the dairy spread, white wine, the juice of the lemon, garlic and a generous pinch of salt and pepper and stir everything together. Then also add the cooking liquid, pasta, peas and about 3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together and simmer gently until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, heat the salmon in the pan as well.

6

Spoon the pasta and salmon onto the border and garnish with the fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese. Garnish with some black pepper.
